The vast majority of people I work with are looking to lose fat (weight). This is my special area of interest and expertise and I have a great track record of success.
I use the causal factors model for achieving results. This is the only practical, scientific and proven way for long term results. It goes way beyond calories in versus calories out and low fat eating. It drops the blame game and instead asks the simple question, why is your body not at it’s goal body fat levels already?
The answer to this is the first step you must take to get results. You must resolve the reason you are not getting results. Contrary to popular belief it is very rarely because you are eating too much fat and even more unlikely because you are eating too many calories. These are conditioned reasons you have been given about why you haven’t achieved results. They rarely are the real reason and this is why your low fat , low calorie diet has not produced results.
