If your goal is to get in shape then nutrition has to be a major part of your plan. Though many people (and trainers) try to ignore eating and attempt to out exercise their bad diet it simply can’t be done in the long run. Therefore all my Personal Training clients must address nutrition in some form.

The main problem with nutrition today is that almost any advice is seems to have a counter point of view that is directly opposite. This happens because we are all very different, one person may get hungry 6 times a day while another one just twice. The result is that some people do better on one diet while others do better on another diet which is the complete opposite. This holds true for ‘healthy eating’ It will work for some but fail others. If you are looking for results then you must follow the right plan for your body.
