Fitness Holidays Breaks in Wales I am currently spending time between both London and Wales. While in the Big Country of Wales I am offering Fitness Breaks and Holidays. I live in the most amazing town with mountains, castles, rivers and more. A visit can be anywhere from one days to a week. The aim of each day on your fitness holiday is to give the body a big stimulus for fat loss alongside looking at your long term strategy and framework to maintain progress and results.
